The Charles Redd Center for Western Studies and the L. Tom Perry Special Collections are pleased to announce the creation of the Charles Redd Fellowship Award in Western American History.
Internships
Interested in a career in Archives, Special Collections Librarianship, Museum Studies, Conservation, Cultural Resource Management or Records Management? The L. Tom Perry Special Collections, Brigham Young University, offers internship opportunities to undergraduate and graduate students interested in pursuing careers in these fields. Special Collections Interns can choose from a variety of opportunities:
- L. Tom Perry Archival Interns will work with manuscript curators to arrange, describe, preserve, and make available manuscript collections.
- Harold B. Lee Library Conservation Interns will work with conservators to preserve rare books, manuscripts, maps, broadsides, posters, and photographs.
- Harold B. Lee Library Exhibition Interns will work with curators to create exhibits that highlight our collections.
- L. Tom Perry Rare Book Interns will work with curators to identify, acquire, catalog, and otherwise make available rare book and ephemera collections.
